Meet our founder and Project Operations Director,
Jay Liu (Aka Sifu Liu)
Jay is a construction veteran who is specialized in building, maintenance and project management. Before he started his own venture in the residential and commercial renovation sector in the 2000s, he was a specialist in the Civil Engineering field and was in charge of major construction, design and maintenance work for the government and private sectors including projects like public highways, bridges, sewage systems, pipelines, structural components of buildings, and railways, etc.
Aiming to create better spaces for people, Jay leads the SIFU LIU team to offer a hassle-free renovation process with affordable pricing, high quality service and after-sales support.
Our Workflow
STEP 1: On-Site Visit
After learning your vision and goals through our initial call, we will schedule an on-site visit to evaluate your space. Precise inspection and measurement will ensure our team to provide a more accurate quotation and ideal item/service list.
STEP 2: Demolition
After confirmation of the final layout and start date, the project is kickstarted! First we will remove items that are not needed--from walls, tiles, to window frames, etc. A clean slate before a complete makeover.
STEP 3: Electricity and Piping
Now is the time for us to integrate and install new electricity outlets and wiring. From water pipes, plumbing systems, fire alarms, CCTV, to air-con into your new space.
STEP 4: Flooring and Tiles
Installing/revamping any flooring and tiles.
STEP 5: Confirm Delivery
This is the most fun (and crucial) part for you-- confirming delivery of the parts and pieces that need to be installed including custom made cabinets, wardrobe, doors, sinks, and bathtubs, etc. This will complete your overall dream space. We will walk you through the whole buying process.
STEP 6: Paint
While the doors, cabinets, and all your goodies are on their way, we will work on the paintwork around the space.
STEP 7: Installation
We install all the major parts after their arrival (doors, cabinets, wardrobe, sink, etc) Then we do a final touch of the paintwork once again, followed by a professional clean up session. We will send you photos in different renovation stages to keep you updated and in the loop.
